Every cart here was designed, built, and finished in our shop. Some are still in service today, which is how we know what holds up.
The build that taught us the business. A fully custom fluted bar with a curved end, bronze wordmark, and a brand mark cut from hardwood, designed around a single-group La Marzocco and a Mahlkönig E65W grind-by-weight grinder.
Designed, built, revised after inspection, permitted, and operated daily. Everything we learned here shows up in the carts we build now.
Each rib is cut, blackened, and wrapped around a curve. It takes longer than a flat panel and it is the first thing customers notice. This is the kind of detail Custom Elite is for.
The standard build, unfinished and unwrapped. Cabinet-grade plywood, a 1.25" top, and heavy-duty locking casters. This is the carcass every cart starts from, whether it stays raw or gets a fluted facing.
Coffee carts, bars and events, retail pop-ups, and food service. Any size from 4' to 6'.
The 4' footprint with vertical black paneling wrapped on three sides, a live-edge wood band under the worktop, and a matching base plinth. Same carcass as the standard build, finished for a front-of-house position.

One-off pieces and event setups. Double-click any photo to see it full size.
A 6' booth on locking casters with an LED perimeter set into the front panel. Built for outdoor sets, it takes a laptop, controller, and cabling behind a clean face.
More projects are coming: concrete, furniture, and wood work from the same shop.
