We share what we've learned from our own builds and permits. We are not a licensed plumber, electrician, or permit expediter, and we cannot guarantee approval by any county or health department. Final requirements are set by your jurisdiction.
A cart that has to pass inspection needs more than a worktop. We build in the systems and talk you through how they work, so you know what you're operating and what an inspector will look for.
